I totally agree and it pains me to see Sinatra be an indoor/outdoor cat HOWEVER this is occurring on a farm and he has a job to do. He’s got mice to catch and vermin to scare away, he’s not just wandering a traffic filled suburban street.

those lines are his real actual lines and it's his normal way of speaking. this character is literally just Like That™️ in canon and it's absurd in the best way.
"you've got six names and two pronoun sets in your bio, how should people refer to you?" easy. every time you want to talk to or about me you roll 1d6 for name and flip a coin for pronoun set. if you've got an INT stat of 15 or lower you also have to roll to see whether you survive my eldritch blast, but that's mostly unrelated
